Up to date news on the happenings in Eddystone, PA. For such a small town, there's always BIG drama...inside and outside Borough Council Chambers.

Explosions reported at CIM in Philly: You can't make this sh*t up!!

The Packer Parker Association in Phildadelphia, led by Barbara Capozzi, renewed their fight against Camden Iron because of explosions, excessive vibrations, and health risks.  See the link below.

The dates of these alleged explosions were in January and February of 2012.  Interesting.....

Of the five members of the Borough Council who voted in favor of this nightmare coming to Eddystone, only two of them remain on Council.  As mentioned in previous blogs, short sighted leaders drive thriving towns into the toilet, and it takes decades for strong leaders to try to fix their poor decisions.  Our Borough needs people like Kelly Butkus on Council, as she was one of the residents with the forward thinking to see that this company was a disaster waiting to happen.

Get to the Council meeting on Monday night at 7 PM.  Bring a friend.  Support positve growth in our Borough.  Support forward thinking leadership.  Support Kelly Butkus for the vacant seat on Council!
